Instead, you must think of eating TWICE as Healthy. ".
CALORIE INTAKE: The normal requirement during Pregnancy is 300- 400 Kcal each day over & & above your regular intake. Daily calorie count must remain in the variety of 2200- 2500 Kcal daily for singleton pregnancy.
